We will respond within four working hours. NOTE: Requests sent to during normal working hours, Monday to Thursday, can expect a personal response within 24 hours. Requests sent on Friday or during the weekend can expect a response by the end of the day on Monday.

Please make sure to include the following information in your RTL support requests.

For a faster solution to your problem, be as specific as you can be regarding the steps you checked above (e.g. which ones worked and which didn’t), and report any error messages that you receive.
